Natural colored scarves

These scarves are examples-- and of course we welcome custom orders as to width, length and color. Women often prefer a lighter weave and sometimes ask for scarves dyed mauve or lavender. Dyes take well to mohair. Most scarves are woven from 100% kid mohair, the softest and finest mohair of the herd.

Natural white softness

Pure white 100% angora goat kid mohair

This lovely woman's scarf is woven simply in a 2x2 twill pattern from pure white kid mohair. Miriam is a professional vocal artist and requested a soft, warm scarf to wrap that singing voice in when the snows fall.

The "loft" of kid hair

All the scarves created are more of a sturdy/dense weave than you would find commercially. This does not detract from their silky softness. They are woven to last and guaranteed to be warm, and are made up of 100% hand-spun mohair, of course, like all the items we offer. 6 1/2 inches wide 5 feet long is the average size but we do custom work and can make it to our clients specifications.

Men's gray scarf

Durable comfort for any setting

This is our plainly woven blue/gray man's scarf. It fits well in any setting; formal or rustic. The natural colored angora fleece gives us a wide array of colors to choose from. Want a tan colored scarf? We have tan colored goats. A silver blue colored scarf ? (muted richness!) We have mohair growing out in herd of that color, also!
