Before Treatment:

Abandoned automobiles and refuse disposal from the 1920's and 1930's. A typical pattern of disposing waste in the riparian zone during the days when the resilience of nature seemed unending.

 

After Treatment:

10 yards of metal and Car bodies were removed. All that remains are “archaeological” remnants of the beginning of a bad era for ecological systems. :) This area was planted with Douglas Fir and Incense Cedar Trees.
